By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. You agree not to misuse the site, try to reach staff areas without permission, or interfere with how it works.
Tracking information
Tracking information is provided for convenience. Status updates are entered by our staff and may not always show the exact current position of your shipment. For urgent questions, please call the office.
Shipping with us
Shipments are accepted at our offices. The terms of each shipment, including the price, service, delivery estimate and any limits on liability, are set out in the paperwork you receive at the office. Please read it before you ship, and ask us if you need a copy or have questions.
What you can ship
Some items are restricted or prohibited by law or by transport carriers, and the rules differ by country. These can include dangerous goods, weapons, certain batteries and liquids, and perishable items. You are responsible for describing your shipment accurately and for giving correct customs information. Ask us before you ship if you are unsure.
Payments
Payments are made in person at our offices. We do not take payments on this website, and we will never ask you to pay through a link, email, text message or messaging app.
Quotes
A quote is an estimate based on the information you give us. It may change if the shipment details, route or customs requirements change.
Our content
The text, design and logo on this website belong to Frontier Freight or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without our permission.
Limits
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is", without a promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
