Who we are
Frontier Freight ("we", "us") is a shipping and freight company with offices in Anchorage, Alaska (United States), Grays (United Kingdom) and Neuching (Germany). You can reach us at freightfrontier60@gmail.com or on the phone numbers on our Contact page.
What we collect
- Shipment details. When you ship with us at one of our offices, our staff record your name, phone number, email address, the origin and destination, a description and weight of the shipment, and its status.
- Messages you send us. The quote form on our Contact page opens your own email app with the details filled in, and the message is sent from your email account. We do not store it on this website.
- Tracking searches. When you enter a tracking number, it is sent to our database to look up the shipment.
What the tracking page shows
The public tracking page shows only the shipment status, current location, route cities and dates. It does not show your name, phone number, email address or the description of your parcel.
How we use your information
We use it to receive, move and deliver your shipment, to update its status, to answer your questions and quote requests, and to meet legal, customs and accounting requirements. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We may share information with carriers, customs authorities and delivery partners where needed to move your shipment, and with the service providers that run our website and database, which are Netlify and Google Firebase. Our website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when you visit.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep shipment records for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, for example the United Kingdom, the European Union or certain US states, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected, or to ask us to delete it or limit how we use it. To make a request, contact us using the details above. We may need to confirm your identity first.
Payments and scams
We do not take payments on this website. Payments are made in person at our offices. We will never ask you to pay through a link, email, text message or messaging app. If someone claiming to be Frontier Freight asks you to, please contact us directly.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to customer details to our staff. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
